Audition for GLS’s New Part-Time Program!

New for the 2019/2020 season is the part-time competitive program at GLS. This program is perfect for dancers ages 7 and up who can’t commit to a full competitive schedule, younger dancers wanting to dip their toes into the world of competitive, or recreational dancers looking for more performance opportunities.

Same great teachers and training, less time commitment

Our part-time competitive team will be taught and trained alongside our full-time competitive dancers by the same great teaching and coaching staff at GLS. The part-time competitive team will only participate in local competitions, and will be dancing for 6 or less hours per week. Solo, duet/trio, and group opportunities available. This program is not a level below the full-time competitive program, and is not being treated as just a stepping stone to the full-time team. We strive for the highest level of dedication and quality in both the part-time and full-time competitive teams.

Formal auditions have been completed for the summer – Private assessments available throughout the summer. Please contact the studio to set up an assessment time.

Dancers will be assessed on jazz/contemporary and tap skills to compete in jazz, tap, lyrical/contemporary, and ballet; subject to part-time competitive team formed.
