 GLS Alumni Hani Abaza dances his way to the Top 22 on season three of "So You Think You Can Dance Canada".
 A father of one of our students, Bernie Forestell, wins the Ottawa Citizen's "Reader's pic of the Week" and bragging rights for a photograph he took capturing a perfect moment at the GLS 48th Anniversary Recital.

 - Cody Bonnell who made the Top 6 of last season's "So You Think You Can Dance Canada" turned up at GLS on June 2nd to give a couple of impromptu hip hop classes!

 The GLS Competitive Team brings home amazing results from these regional competitions
 GLS dancers get a boost on April 17th when Danny Lawn from "So You Think You Can Dance Canada" drops in for a night of teaching.

 Greta Leeming Studio dancers participated in
Kindness Week February 12th –19th by collecting
food for the Ottawa Food
Bank.
 One of our own GLS graduates Tammy Nera performed at the NAC in the concert version of “Guys & Dolls”
February 4-6th.
- Greta Leeming Studio dancers performed along side Juno Award Winner Jen Gould at a live performance of "A Holiday Helping of Music Soup" Sunday December 13th at Arts Court Theatre in Ottawa. The show is being produced into a DVD to be released in April.
- On Sunday October 25th the GLS Competitive Team raised $2800 for Live Work Play in memory of beloved staff member Phyllis Gray.
