Dress Code
Hair is to be secured neatly off the face for all classes.

BALLET
A bun or chignon is required for all Ballet classes
GIRLS - PRE-BALLET TO PRIMARY:
· Pale blue short-sleeved leotard Mondor 3035 or Gilda Marx 60668.
· Pink tights Mondor 345 "Ballet Pink" or 310 "Ballerina".
· Pale pink Bloch, Angelo Luzio or Capezio full sole ballet slippers
GIRLS - GRADE 1 and 2:
· Navy blue sleeveless leotard Mondor 3045 or Gilda Marx 60800 with matching elastic waistband.
· Pink tights Mondor 345 "Ballet Pink" or 310 "Ballerina".
· Pale pink Bloch, Angelo Luzio or Capezio full sole ballet slippers and black canvas character shoes (low heel).
· Navy blue character skirt (details in office)
GIRLS - GRADE 3, 4 and 5:
· Navy blue sleeveless pinch front leotard Mondor 3033 or Gilda Marx 0710 (Child) or 473 (Adult) with matching elastic waistband.
· Pink tights Gilda Marx 5202 or 5016.
· Pale pink Bloch, Angelo Luzio or Capezio full sole ballet slippers and black canvas character shoes (medium heel).
· Navy blue or black character skirt (details in office).

GIRLS - GRADE 6, 7 and 8:
· A leotard in any color or style with matching calf length skirt (please check with teacher).
· Pink tights Gilda Marx 5202 or 5016.
· Character shoes (details in office).
· Character skirt (details in office).

GIRLS - MAJOR BALLET:
· Regulation black or navy blue leotard Gilda Marx 125 or 1970 either Lycra or cotton. 5/8'' elastic waistband.
· Pink tights (details in office).
· Flat shoes (as for Grade 5)
· Pointe shoes to be arranged with teacher according to individual requirements.

GIRLS - TEEN and ADULT:
· Black leotard of any style.
· Pink tights (details in office).
· Pink ballet slippers as for Grades 1 - 6, with elastics.
· Competitive Ballet dancers require Bloch split-sole pink canvas shoes.

BOYS - PRE-BALLET to GRADE 1:
· Black leotard or white T-shirt · Navy blue cotton shorts.
· White ankle socks
· White leather or canvas ballet slippers with white elastic across the instep.

BOYS - GRADE 2 - 5:
· Black leotard or white T-shirt.
· Navy blue or black stirrup tights.
· White ankle socks (worn over the tights)
· White leather or canvas ballet slippers with white elastic across the instep.

BOYS - MAJOR:
· Black leotard.
· Black stirrup tights.
· White ankle socks (worn over the tights)
· White leather or canvas ballet slippers with white elastic across the instep.
· Dance belt or athletic support from age 12.

JAZZ
GIRLS - AGE 5 - 12:
· Navy blue sleeveless leotard Mondor 3045 or Gilda Marx 60800.
· Beige tights Capezio 14.
· Bloch split sole beige Jazz Gore Boots 499
· Jazz/Tap combo add tap shoes as per Tap requirements

GIRLS - SENIOR JAZZ:
· Leotard style and color optional (please check with teacher).
· Beige tights Capezio 14, or black footless Jazz pants.
· Bloch split sole beige Jazz Gore Boots 499
· Jazz sandals may be required

GIRLS - TEEN and ADULT:
· Leotard style and color optional (please check with teacher).
· Beige tights Capezio 14, or black footless Jazz pants.
· Bloch split sole beige Jazz Gore Boots 499, or ballet slippers if preferred.
· Jazz sandals may be required

BOYS:
· White T-shirt.
· Black Jazz pants.
· Black Jazz oxfords.
· Jazz sandals may be required.

PLEASE NOTE: A.D.A.P.T. Jazz Exams from age 12 and up require a black leotard of any style, black tights and preferably black jazz Oxfords.

TAP
GIRLS - ALL LEVELS:
· Navy leotard Mondor 3045 or Gilda Marx 60800.
· Beige tights Capezio 14.
· Tan low-heel tap shoes Angelo Luzio 925F with Capezio teletone taps.
Please note: children who have feet too small for the 925F please buy Capezio 400.

BOYS - ALL LEVELS:
· White T-shirt.
· Black Jazz pants.
· Black tap shoes with Capezio teletone taps.

HIP HOP
ALL LEVELS:
· Casual, comfortable clothing and a pair of new white running shoes.

KINDERDANCE
ALL LEVELS:
· Leotard and ballet slippers in any colour and style, or similar attire. Soft gymnastic shoes are acceptable.
