This summer at the Greta Leeming Studio:

Shawnda James  
Shawnda James (Jazz/Lyrical)
 
Shawnda most recently finished her fifth year as an assistant choreographer for the Radio City Christmas Spectacular. Prior to this Shawnda was a member of Mia Michael's R.A.W. and performed in Korea, The Netherlands (Amsterdam), and throughout the US at various venues including the Jazz Dance World Congress. She has also spent time abroad performing in Stockholm, Sweden and Tokyo, Japan. In the US she has performed at various regional theatres and in New York at Radio City, the Amsterdam Theater and the 92nd Street Playhouse. Besides performing, Shawnda has also spent time as an agent's assistant for KSA, a renowned talent agency in New Yourk and Los Angeles. Her teaching and choreography have also led her to work with many different organizations and schools across the US and other countries.

 

Eva Draw  
Eva Draw (Ballet)
 
Trained at the Moscow State Institute of Theatre and the Moscow Choreography School of the Bolshoy Theatre.
Principal dancer with the Moscow City Ballet and the Israel Ballet between 1979 and 1992.
Graduate of the National Ballet School Theatre Training program.
Associate with the Cecchetti Society and registered teachers with the Royal Academy of Dance.
On staff with NBS since 1995.

 

Nicole Serino  
Nicole Serino (Jazz/Lyrical)
 
Nicole currently resides in Toronto where her dance training began 20 years ago. Her studies have included ballet, jazz, lyrical, tap, modern, hip-hop, and voice. Her intensive training has taken her all over Canada and the United States where she has had the opportunity to win many national level titles and competitions.

Niclole holds a degree in dance from York University in Toronto, Ontario and is a qualified member of Dance Masters of America, working alongside some of North America's top teachers, choreographers and performers. Nicloe has been a guest choreographer with DMA chapter #43 as well as with many dance institutions in southern Ontario. She has been recognized for excellence in choreography and her students have been recepients of many awards. She is the teacher of Mini Mr.Dance and Junior Miss Dance 2004 (chpt 43). Her students can also be seen dancing with the Toronto Raptors dance team.

Through her passion and love for dance, Nicole motivates and inspires her students to become the best they can be. It is her goal to instill positive and healthy attitudes in young, aspiring dancers.

 

Danny Wallace  
Danny Wallace (Tap)
 
Originally from Northern California, now living in NYC. At the age of 18, Danny worked with the Las Vegas company of Tap Dogs and also performed with the show in cities throughout the country as well as Germany, France (Paris), and Asia. He has been featured in the film "America's Sweethearts" (with Julia Roberts), numerous industrials (for such companies as Coca Cola, Audi, and Compaq), as well as an opening act for Leanne Rimes. Danny currently teaches master classes and workshops throughout the country and is on Faculty with DMA and New York City Dance Alliance. Danny's recent choreography credits include choreography for Arts in Motion (a youth dance company at Broadway Dance Center), a Little Tikes Toy Industrial and an equity run of "Funny Girl" in NC. Danny is currently developing his tap company, and also teaches in NYC at the Broadway Dance Center. He has co-written/choreographed an original dance musical that will be featured this summer at the International Dance Festival.
